Awards
Wisconsin Governor's Award for Financial Literacy
The Governor's Council on Financial Literacy selected the Educated Investor as one of the first-ever winners of the Governor's Financial Literacy Awards. The 2006 award recognizes excellence in increasing financial literacy among Wisconsin citizens and was based on four criteria: innovative implementation, demonstrated measurable results, collaboration with partners, and scope.
Grand Jury Prize in the New Media Category for the 2006 Houston/Wordfest International Film Festival
The Encyclopedia of Personal Finance: Nightly Business Report Edition received the Grand Award at the 2006 WorldFest/Houston in the New Media category. The interactive CD-ROM was one of just nine Grand Award winners in a competitive field of more than 4500 entries submitted to the International Festival, which took place in April.
Award of Excellence in the Multi-Media Category for the 2005 Dalton Pen Awards
The Encyclopedia of Personal Finance: Nightly Business Report Edition, received the Award of Excellence in the Multi-Media category for the 2005 Dalton Pen Awards. It was the only Award of Excellence given in the category.
